• A single barrel bourbon is a cask strength at  4 years old. It was distilled in November of 2019 and bottled last November. Picked because it was the best. Find fruity notes, creamy marshmallow, caramel and dried coconut. As I’ve tried it throughout the week, I still get caramel and marshmallow notes along with mint, soaked wooden staves, and chocolate. All together I can’t help but think of a malted ice cream sundae with a little spice.
