• Balcones is currently the reigning Texas distillery in our eyes. The Blue Corn whiskey uses heirloom blue corn whisky which gives the spirit rich, nutty overtones. Baby Blue is a young and fresh whiskey with less wood character, aged in all used barrels and bottled after a minimum of six months. Baby Blue has a full mouthfeel with sweet tea, burnt marshmallow, cinnamon candies and marmalade.
