• The bourbon is a custom blend of non-GMO Bloody Butcher and Hopi Blue heirloom corn. It also includes malted barley and malted rye, which are both grown in California. We have here a truly unique California style bourbon.

  This single barrel, we partnered with Bourbon & Branch. "Branch" found this bourbon unique for having spicy, sweet, and earthy notes. I personally get notes of toasted brown sugar, mint, sour plum, walnut shells, sweet cream, and apple juice. Also with a bit of caramel! Look for a creamy, oily mouth feel with raw nuts, sour plum notes, and a splash of coffee notes on the finish.
