Fawn Weaver, founder of Uncle Nearest, launched the Nearest Green Foundation to promote his legacy, even buying the farm where the Nearest taught Jack. The whiskey utilizes the Lincoln County process which were developed by Nearest himself. On the nose, you get browned butter, baking spices, and vanilla. On the palate, you get char, oak, burnt brown sugar, and cinnamon cookies.
