Description

• A very small batch agave spirit, twice distilled in steel and copper pots in Sonora, Mexico. An incredibly textural offering that is both weighty and glides across the palate. Like its cousin Mezcal, this Bacanora is made in mesquite ovens that impart a distinct smokiness. Sage, pickled jalapenos, green peppers, olives and agave sugars abound before a long finish with warming spices.
